AI License Notice
The images I publish on InkBy.ai are generated using artificial intelligence (AI) tools. Because copyright laws vary by jurisdiction, the copyright status of AI-generated content may differ; in many countries, content generated solely by AI may not qualify for copyright protection.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- If any rights (including copyright or related rights) could nevertheless exist in these images, I hereby waive and disclaim them to the fullest extent allowed.
- Where such waiver is not legally effective, I grant everyone a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use these images for any purpose, including commercial use, including without limitation the rights to copy, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works, and use them as tattoo designs.
Use of these images is permitted only if the user also complies with the InkBy.ai Terms of Service and respects third-party rights (including, without limitation, trademarks, rights of publicity and privacy, personality rights, and any other intellectual property or legal restrictions). The user is solely responsible for how the images are used.
The images are provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind, including any warranty of non-infringement.
